Solid Oak Pill-Top Bench with Rounded Legs
A softer, more organic take on the classic bench — handcrafted from solid oak with a gently rounded pill-shaped top and turned, splayed legs. Designed with an Ercol-style table in mind, it brings warmth and natural character to any room.
THE DETAILS:-
----------
Solid oak throughout — top and legs
Height: 45cm | Seat depth: 35cm
Length: customisable from 60cm to 180cm, in 10cm increments
Rounded, tapered legs with a gentle splay for a classic, mid-century feel
Finished in a Satin Osmo oil for a natural, durable satin look
Weight capacity: 300kg
WHAT'S IN THE BOX:-
----------
Arrives flat-packed for safe delivery. Simply attach the legs using the bolts and Allen key provided — no extra tools needed, and assembly only takes a few minutes.
CARE:-
----------
A light top-up of beeswax once a year keeps the oak looking fresh and well protected.
GOOD TO KNOW:-
----------
This bench is freestanding and designed to tuck neatly under a table, making it a lovely match for Ercol-style dining sets. Every piece is made to order, with customisation available on length, wood tone, and leg style — just message me before ordering to talk through options. Please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch. As each bench is handmade from solid oak, expect natural variation in grain and colour — no two are ever quite the same.
