Please send your artwork via: Etsy Messages, or Email to: artwork@engraveit.com Be sure to include your order number when emailing. We’ll review your file and let you know if we need anything adjusted for the best result.

Do you offer second side engraving?

Yes! Do you offer Rush Production Services?

What do I do if my item shows delivered but it's not here?

Start by contacting the shipper (USPS or UPS) to file a claim. While we’re not responsible for packages marked delivered, please notify us so we’re aware and can support you however possible.

What is UV Color Printing?

UV printing applies full-color designs directly onto the item and cures the ink with UV light. It’s not a sticker or decal — it’s durable and long-lasting. Hand washing recommended for longevity Dishwasher safe to an extent, though high heat may cause gradual fading over time

What if I already have an item? Can I send it to you for engraving?

Yes! If you already have the product, or we don’t carry the color/size you need, you're welcome to send it in. Please message us with: Item brand & color Quantity Engraving details (text, logo, single/double sided) We’ll provide a quote and instructions for sending your item in.
