Charme verzorging
De meeste Charms in onze winkel zijn verguld.
Ze zullen na verloop van tijd bezoedelen en de afwerking zal uiteindelijk
dragen. Het hangt allemaal af van de zorg die ze krijgen. Evenals
edelmetaal sieraden, vergulde producten moeten worden bewaard
in luchtdichte verpakkingen of containers om aanslag te houden
baai. Af en toe zachtjes schoonmaken met een poetsdoek
zal ook helpen om aanslag weg te houden. Houd vocht weg
waar mogelijk of de beplating niet zo lang meegaat of
kan kleuren worden. Vergulde items zijn niet hetzelfde als prijs
of kwaliteit als sterling zilver, goud gevuld, of karaat goud
Producten.

Alleen defecte artikelretourneringen worden geaccepteerd binnen een periode van 30 dagen na de aankoopdatum.

Eerste klas en prioriteitsmail is langzamer gegaan dan normaal met USPS, daarom is elke schatting van de verzending NIET gegarandeerd. Begrijp alsjeblieft dat deze nieuwe veranderingen uit onze handen zijn. Onze excuses voor het ongemak dat dit veroorzaakt.


Alle bestellingen worden gedropt van DEZELFDE DAG dat het verzendlabel is afgedrukt (vóór 17.00 uur CST). Elke bestelling die pre-transit zegt, is al afgezet. USPS loopt ernstig achter en verzendkosten zijn NIET-RESTITUEERBAAR. Overweeg om prioriteitsmail te gebruiken om uw items sneller te ontvangen. "New chapter charms added monthly!"

Charm Care
Most of the Charms in our shop are plated.
They will tarnish over time and the finish will eventually
wear. It all depends on the care they are given. Just like
precious metal jewelry, plated products should be kept
in air-tight packaging or containers to keep tarnish at
bay. Occasional gentle cleaning with a polishing cloth
will also help keep tarnish away. Keep moisture away
whenever possible or the plating won't last as long or
may turn colors. Plated items are not the same as price
or quality as sterling silver, gold filled, or karat gold
products.

Only defect item returns accepted within a 30-day window of purchase date.

First class and priority mail has been going slower than normal with USPS therefore any shipping estimate is NOT guaranteed. Please understand that these new changes are out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.


All Orders are dropped of THE SAME DAY the shipping label is printed (before 5pm CST). Any order that says pre-transit has already been dropped off. USPS is running severely behind, and shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider using priority mail to get your items faster.
