The seller and creator was very lovely to work with and took all of my notes, which there were many, into account! Though responsiveness was difficult, I completely understand she was very busy! The only reason I rated this 3 stars was because I was expecting for a $500 item something of a lot higher quality… the two jackets arrived today and the patches were a bit sparse and the jackets were very thin material with no comfort patching on the inside making them a bit itchy. For some fun they’re really great and I see the work she put in! But for the price, I was hoping for higher quality. I would use her again but maybe for a T shirt or something more affordable, like a bachelorette party!

The personalized duck gift was adorable, but the glitter from its bow is falling off and creating a mess.

Was not delivered to me

I ordered this item over a month ago and estimated shipping date said between Nov 15th and Dec 8th.I have not recieved item.I messaged seller to try to get an estimated ETA with no response.I have only had good experiences with buying from Etsy until this purchase.Would not buy from this seller.
