💚HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items are made to order, just for you. So I need 1-3 working days to prepare your order for shipping.
All packages will be shipped by registered airmail with tracking. It takes about 7-21 business days to deliver a package to Europe, 10-21 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand – 14-30 days.
Please note that international shipping is unpredictable and delays do sometimes happen so I cannot guarantee shipping estimates. Thanks for understanding!
NOTE: Please remember that production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each of them has its own term.
💚CAN I GET CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Yes, all leather items are made to order and can be personalized with your photo, tattoo, name, monogram or text. You can choose this option at the checkout.
For other customization concerning change of size or design of the item, please send me a convo to discuss your idea.
💚WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEM THAT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ON THE FOTO?
I try to do my best to make so :) But please remember that slightly color difference and minor imperfection could be expected - that gives unique beauty to your product.
💚HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Custom or personalized products can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can not be proceeded, until I receive the original product in a good condition.
💚WHAT ABOUT GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING?
Sure, on your request the order will come in a gift box with an optional gift card message.
💚WHAT IS THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
• Clean the surface of your product with a soft brush or cloth.
• Please do not use detergents or chemicals to care for the product.
• Avoid getting your item wet. If it happened allow the product to dry naturally away from a heat source.
• If the leather gets too dry, you can use neutral leather cream to apply on the product surface to moisturize it.
💚How to order custom personalization (writings, images or photos)?
Please let me know your idea and send me your image or photo for personalization. I'll make up to 3 sketches for free. In case if more changes to the photo needed, I can make further sketches for an additional fee of $ 5 for each inscriptions or change to them and $ 20 for each new photo or it's modification. Let me know if this is really necessary and I will send you a link for purchasing this service.
