All sizes should be detailed in the listing. Please contact us if you unable to locate it.
Shipping Cut-Off times
Orders received after 12:00 pm during weekdays will count as received on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will count as received on Monday. Any orders placed on a holiday will count as received on the next business day. Each of these factors may affect the estimated delivery date that is shown.
Examples:
An order placed on Tuesday at 2pm will count as received on Wednesday and ship on Thursday.
An order placed on Friday will count as received on Monday and ship on Tuesday.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates are set by Etsy according to the data that is received from each transit company (USPS, UPS, etc). These dates are not guaranteed or promised. In addition, these dates are not 100% accurate. Example: Your estimated delivery is on a Sunday. Sunday is not a typical delivery date so this is highly likely to be inaccurate.
Some factors that may affect estimated delivery dates: Day and Time order was placed (See Shipping Cut-Off Times), Order placed with incomplete personalization, Holidays, Weather, Transit company closing early due to unforeseen circumstances, and Transit-provider issues.

I typically have a quick response time, however, please note: I respond to messages as soon as I'm available. Most of the day, I am producing orders so I'm unable to check messages frequently throughout the day. **During holiday seasons, it is extremely challenging to respond to messages immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for response.
Request to Change Address
Typically, we are unable to change your address when your order after your order is placed. Please double-check to ensure that your address is correct before confirming your order.
Cancellation & Refunds
There are no cancellations after an order has been placed. We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries. Transit delays are not typical but they do happen. While we welcome last minute orders, please understand that we are not responsible for any delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please ensure you account for possible delays when placing your order, especially during holidays. Please also consider upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery during these times.

We offer Priority and Express shipping methods. You can upgrade your shipping method during checkout. We also encourage you to select a faster shipping method when placing last minute orders. Please note that shipping timeframes are different from processing timeframes.
