Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order and some items require more time than others. We ask that you visit the listing description for an estimated ship and arrival date for the item you are interested in.
How long does shipping take?
I ship USPS priority mail for large products and USPS First Class to the United States, this method takes between 1-3 business days for priority and 2-5 days for first class. Most items marked FREE SHIPPING will ship first class. And keep in mind shipping times are different than processing times which can be between 1-3 weeks depending on the item.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Personal gift messages can be added to your order! Please just let me know that this item is a gift in the 'note to seller' section during checkout. I can also write "happy birthday" or "congratulations" on the outside package if being shipped directly to gift recipient.
Sizing details
All dimensions are detailed in each item description but can vary by ¼ inch.
Custom and personalized orders
I gladly accept custom and personalized requests on most of my items. Please reach out to me before your place an order for a custom request not available already in my shop. I am completely open to making something different and new. Personalized signs are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns because each item is made to order but I am always available to take questions are concerns prior to you placing an order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. I also may be able to help if you there was a quality issue with your order with a shop credit or possible refund, just please message me right away and I will be happy to help as best I can.
Lost/Missing Packages that are showing Delivered
Unfortunately I am not responsible for orders once they have shipped. If your tracking status says 'delivered' but you never received it, contact your local postal carrier. USPS should be able to provide you with the last known location of your package. It is a common mistake for items to state they are delivered but the postal worker is currently in your area and might have not delivered your items just yet. If you believe your package was stolen, you need to file a report with your local police. I apologize, but no replacement orders will be sent in these situations.
Orders Damaged in Transit
I do everything in my power to ensure a safe delivery but this does happen once in a while, usually due to the aggressive postal worker care for these packages. Send me photos immediately of your damaged product AND packaging. I likely will give you the option of a refund or shipping out a new item to you. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery if your package is damaged.
