5 out of 5 starsThis is a beautifully made piece and very high quality. We bought this to have in our bedroom and it does look nice in there. I bought the gray painted base and we are very happy with it. Our cat is just so-so with using it and still would rather scratch on the fabric headboard. But she is using it a little and we feel it was a good purchase. The shipping takes a little long as they build your post custom and then ship out of the US, but it was not that long and worth it.

LEAD TIME: Currently 4-8 business* days from the moment of design approving (if design was requested)!
For example, if 3 business* days were spent on design approval and preparing of design , then the production time will be extended by 3 business* days.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.

USA/Canada 8-15 business* days.
Usually shipping time to other countries takes 14-25 business* days.!
Due to the fact that we ship from Ukraine, there may be delays in providing tracking information, but this does not affect the overall delivery time.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
How to choose the right size, what is acrylic and framing.
- All numbers and letters are made specifically for your sign so your address will fit on the size you choose. Usually we recommend taking measurements of the place you have chosen for the sign, and then choosing the size ofplaque.
- Acrylic the special plastic is super strong, unlike metal, it does not rust!
- Framing the framing around your sign, so you can order framed or unframed sign
Damage & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping and handling.
In case of DAMAGE during delivery, we offer a choice of:
- partial compensation and assistance with damage repair.
- free replacement provided that you do not intend to use the damaged product.
- cancellation of the order with a refund, provided that you do not intend to use the damaged product.
In case of LOST during delivery, we offer a choice of:
- free reshipment of the product.
- cancellation of the order with a refund.
I need help with an order decision
If you can't decide on the details of the order, for example color, font or something else, just place the order and in the description of the order indicate that you need help and we will contact you immediately (usually the response time is 1-5 minutes, but not more than 24 hours)
I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?
Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
I'm not sure I've selected the correct product variation
Just write to us after placing the order or leave a message in the order details, that you want to clarify the details and we will answer you in few minutes (maximum 24 hours), also we can prepare a pre-production sketch or change any details of your order before production.
Outdoor products care instruction
Like all exterior outdoor décor, our signs naturally require care to ensure their longevity. We spray each sign with exterior impregnation before it leaves our shop but we encourage all of our customers to care for their sign with love and take time as needed to re-seal as often as they feel needed. Please know, that we are not responsible for natural weathering.
Will I need to pay any duty or customs fees?
✅ USA
No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you.
✅ EU & UK
As long as your order is under €150, VAT may be collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again if you already pay it in Etsy
👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations.
