I run a small design-led textile studio creating modern folk talismans — objects made to be worn, carried, and kept close.
Each piece begins as an original illustration inspired by folklore, symbolism, and the quiet rituals we build into everyday life.
My scarves are printed in small batches using water-based inks, and many pieces are made using responsibly sourced fabrics.
Alongside textiles, I create enamel pins and tarot decks designed as modern amulets — small protectors, reminders of strength, and objects that carry intention.
This is a studio for those drawn to meaning, beauty, and a little everyday magic.
At Cat Magic Collective, I strive to uphold the highest standards of quality and ethical responsibility, both toward the people I work with and the planet we all share. Here are some of the steps I take to ensure this:
- Shifting pin and sticker production locally to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Using organic cotton and/or fair trade textiles for all t-shirt prints.
- Utilizing water-based inks to avoid harmful chemicals and prevent ink waste from entering the water system.
- Recycling packaging whenever possible, and encouraging you to do the same.
- Offering damaged/B-stock items at discounted prices rather than discarding them.
- Producing limited quantities to avoid excess stock and waste. This unfortunately comes with higher production costs but avoid extra stuff going to the landfill
- Encouraging thoughtful purchases by not offering free returns. Please choose carefully to help us reduce shipping-related emissions.
- Donating profits from select items to the Women's Rights Foundation in Malta.
Because of these eco-conscious choices, the prices of my products may be higher than those found in large retail chains or from sellers offering counterfeit goods. But when you shop with small creators like myself, you're investing in original art and supporting sustainable practices. Every purchase helps keep this vision alive—and believe me, every sale makes us do a happy dance!
