RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer returns once files are received. However, if you have any problems with your order or with downloading the files, please contact me and I will be happy to help - customer satisfaction is very important to me!
INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
With instant downloads, you will receive your files just minutes after you pay. After you check out and payment is confirmed, a download page will appear where you'll be able to see all files. You can also access your digital files at any time by following this path: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > find your order > click "Download Files" to the right of the order. Please note that you cannot download files through the Etsy app (you must use a desktop or mobile browser). COPYRIGHT / LICENSING
All files/images are for personal use only and are intended to be used as printed art and cards. Purchase does NOT include a license for commercial purposes that result in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Please do not distribute or sell digital files or printed versions via any online or physical channel.
PRINTING
You can print the images at home or your local printing center, or by uploading them to an online service (Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc.).
Using high-quality paper will result in the best printing results. I recommend printing on matte photo paper or cardstock paper.
If using a printing center or online service, I recommend uploading the images in their original condition. Images should not pass through any compression software or messenger apps, which will reduce quality.
