Privacy policy: Cell & Craft (Choodle Ltd)

Cell & Craft is run by Choodle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17506918). We are the data controller for the information below. Contact: support@orderhue.com.

Information we collect
When you buy from us, Etsy passes us the details we need for your order: your name, Etsy username, email address, billing or delivery address, and what you bought. Etsy handles your payment, and we never see your card details. If you email us or message us on Etsy, we also receive your message and anything you attach. We don't run a mailing list and we don't use your details for marketing.

Why we need it
- To deliver your order, answer your questions and fix any problem with a file (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep sales records that tax and company law require (legal obligation).
- To keep a record of support conversations so we can follow up (our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us).
- To meet our obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Sharing and disclosure
We share your information only as far as needed:
- Etsy, which runs the marketplace, the payment and the download, under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers that handle our support email and order records: Cloudflare (receives and forwards email sent to our domain), Resend (stores and sends our support email; EU region) and Anthropic (our AI assistant: it reads emails sent to support@orderhue.com and drafts and sends replies, helps draft replies to Etsy messages, which a person checks and sends, and helps us keep our order records).
- The law: if we must, to respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud.
- A business sale: if we ever sell the business, your information may pass to the buyer.
We never sell your information.

How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.
- Support messages and emails: 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
Etsy keeps its own copy of your orders and messages under its privacy policy.

Transfers outside the UK
Some of the services we use (Cloudflare, Resend and Anthropic) are US companies and may access data from outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards in those providers' terms. Email us for details.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email support@orderhue.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
