5 out of 5 starsThis bracelet is functional and beautiful. The ID plate is slightly curved and is so comfortable that I can’t even feel that I am wearing it. It is understated as a medical ID so it isn’t glaringly obvious like some ID’s. It just looks like nice jewelry to most people and a life-saving device for medical personnel.

Our Production time is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time.
US SHIPPING ADDRESS:
USPS First Class takes about 2-4 business days to delivery the package. Therefore, you can expect to receive the package in 7-11 business days after purchase. If you must receive the order in a week, please purchase Express Mail option and write delivery date at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESS:
(For Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia and New Zealand)
USPS First Class takes about 8-12 weeks to deliver the package. Therefore, you can expect to receive the package in 9-13 weeks. We cannot guarantee anything sooner even with the faster shipping options due to customs.
Chain Length
We kindly ask you to measure the total length for the chain before placing your order. If the chain length is NOT correct at the time when you receive it then you will have to send it back to our shop for chain replacement. It will cost $15.00 for chain replacement plus re-shipping $5.00. Therefore, to avoid this hassle, please measure the total length before placing your order to ensure that you get what you need.

Each product page has pendant size specified for all customers to see before placing the order. Once your personalized order is processed and shipped then there will be no exchange and/or refund.

There is absolutely no refund and/or exchange if the order was processed correctly with correct length. We make satellite chains from the spool. Therefore, once we cut it from the spool then we can no longer take it back for refund or exchange. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order.
