What if USPS say delivered and it's not?

If the post office marks the package as delivered, that is their proof of delivery. It can happen though that a package gets marked as delivered early, so give USPS a day or two for it to show up.
Meanwhile, check with anyone who could have picked up the package and brought it inside. Contact me and I'll help you work through the carrier steps.
