For specific technical questions, please contact the support teams of these services. You can also print at local centers like Walgreens, Office Depot or Staples, print quality may vary. We strongly suggest using professional online print services for the best results. The color and quality may differ if printed at home.

To download your digital files:

Sign in to Etsy.com (not the app) on a web browser like Safari or Google Chrome on your phone or computer and go to "Your account".
Navigate to "Purchases and reviews".
Next to your order, select "Download Files". If you don't see a download button, look for the tiny grey arrow on the right of the order to access the Downloads page.

If your payment is still processing, the "Download Files" button will be greyed out.

Please download and save files immediately after purchase. Designs are removed from cloud storage within 1 year of discontinuation to make space for new creations.

Purchased an instant digital download as a guest? Check the receipt email sent after purchase for a download link. If you don't see it, look in your spam or junk folder, or Gmail's Social and Promotions tabs. For future ease, consider adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book.

We provide ONE (1) custom resize per listing. For example, if you're purchasing a gallery set, we offer just ONE resize for ONE design in that set. The turnaround time for resize requests is typically 1-4 business days. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm if the desired resize is possible. Note that this excludes TV art, split panel sets, and square dimension artworks.

If you can't find your download notification email or Etsy receipt, first check your spam or junk inbox. Gmail users, don't forget to check your Social and Promotions tabs. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help future notifications reach your primary inbox.

If you paid via Apple Pay or used an Apple ID and can't find your order or didn't receive the Etsy receipt, here's what to know: Signing into Etsy via the app might have activated the "Hide My Email" option, which uses a unique, random email address for privacy. As a result, the Etsy email receipt would have been sent to this random address. If you can't find your order through your web browser on Etsy.com, please contact us via Etsy messaging or seek assistance from Etsy support.
