Composed started as a checklist for our own family in Ontario, California. When someone dies, the people left behind get handed a hundred small jobs at the exact moment they can least do them: where is the will, who do we call, which accounts, what did they want. We wrote it all down so nobody else would have to remember.
That checklist became The Composed Kit, an 84-page planning workbook in plain language. It asks where things are, never the numbers, so it is safe to leave in a drawer. You fill in what you know, leave the rest for later, and tell one person where it is. It takes an evening, and it is one of the kindest things you can do for the people you love.
The Kit is here as a PDF, and on Amazon as a paperback. We also run a small memorial shop of urns and keepsakes, chosen by hand and priced honestly, at composedmemorials.com. Questions? Message us. We answer plainly, and we don't rush anyone.
Stay composed, because everything's composed.
