Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
- You will not pay any customs or clearance fees for orders shipped to the United States. All customs duties and brokerage fees are covered by us as the seller. You will not be charged anything at delivery.
If the carrier asks you to pay a fee, please do not make any payment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to return an item for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition.
