5 out of 5 starsLauren was so great to work with! She worked with me to tweak my idea to make sure I got the best quality for what I ordered. I will absolutely buy from her again. And the sweatshirt was adorable!

Thank you Ashley! You're the best!

1 out of 5 starsI tried to order 3 sizes up & the jacket was still way too small. I was told to give it to donate it which I did. I did get a refund. This has happened to me twice before. I guess I am ordering from the wrong jacket company.

Sharon - as I mentioned in my last note to you, I do not have a record of ever selling to you in the past. I'm sorry that you ordered the incorrect size and I am sorry you are so angry :(

3 out of 5 starsThe 4T was very small and did not fit my granddaughter. Unfortunately, it had her name on it so I could not exchange:(
Lauren responded on May 1, 2023
Hi Karen - I am sorry that the jacket you ordered did not fit your granddaughter, I am even more sorry that you didn't let me know personally before posting this review - because it is not accurate that you could not exchange. As we discussed offline after this review was posted, I definitely would have worked with you to make it right. (and am still willing to do so, as we discussed!) Thank you for choosing my shop and I'm sorry that it didn't have the outcome either of us desired.
