I created this shop to share the beauty of handmade art inspired by "Chinese" and "Dunhuang" culture — from delicate cloisonné necklaces and miniature Dunhuang-painting pendant, to jianzhi paper art, foldable paper lamps, and DIY décor kits.

Each piece is handcrafted with patience and intention — carrying centuries of artistic tradition into the present day. I work with or create alongside skilled artisans who practice techniques passed down through generations:

✨ Cloisonné — first developed over 600 years ago during the *Ming Dynasty*, this intricate enamel technique uses fine copper wires to form patterns filled with vivid colors, symbolizing light, protection, and harmony.

🎨 Dunhuang painting — a 1,600-year-old art form originating along the ancient *Silk Road*. Inspired by the murals of the Mogao Grottoes, it often features the *ní bǎn gōng yì (clay-plaque technique)*, where pigments are painted over smooth layers of clay. This gives each work its soft texture and earthy warmth — a reflection of devotion, imagination, and timeless calm.

🕯️ Jianzhi craft & Paper lamps — Chinese paper cutting dates back to the *Han Dynasty*, celebrating joy and blessings through delicate, symmetrical designs. Our lamps and crafts continue this tradition, bringing simplicity, light, and art into daily life.
