Amanda se formó en Arte y Diseño en Havant College y completó su diploma de Ciudad y Gremios en Diseño de Interiores y Efectos Decorativos en Chichester College.
Después de graduarse con un primer grado en Diseño de Interiores de la Universidad de Bournemouth en 2000,
Amanda adquirió experiencia comercial en la venta al por menor de muebles para el hogar con Marks and Spencer y John Lewis. Como Gerente minorista y visual merchandiser, Amanda participó en proyectos de renovación de tiendas y completó con éxito el Programa de Desarrollo de Gestión (M.D.P.) con John Lewis.
En 2006 Amanda comenzó a operar a tiempo completo como Create Display. Diseñando y haciendo tapices de pared de arte textil y accesorios de interior y también ayudando a clientes privados con diseño de interiores y proyectos creativos. Amanda trabaja por cuenta propia y ha estado vendiendo en ferias y eventos en el sur de Inglaterra. La primavera pasada, la tienda Create Display abrió sus puertas en el Centro de Arte y Artesanía de Bosham en el histórico y pintoresco puerto de Bosham.
Create Display está inspirado en la hermosa costa de West Sussex que se encuentra al pie de South Downs. Gran parte de la inspiración de diseño para esta colección proviene de disfrutar de la vida en el campo y navegar y caminar por la costa de Solent.

Amanda trained in Art & Design at Havant College and completed her City and Guilds diploma in Interior Design and Decorative Effects at Chichester College.
After graduating with a First degree in Interior Design from Bournemouth University in 2000,
Amanda gained commercial experience in Home furnishings retailing with Marks and Spencer and John Lewis. As a Retail Manager and Visual Merchandiser Amanda was involved with shop refurbishment projects and successfully completed the Management Development Program (M.D.P.) with John Lewis.
In 2006 Amanda started trading full time as Create Display. Designing and making textile art wall hangings and interior accessories and also helping private clients with interior design and creative projects. Amanda is self employed and has been selling at fairs and events in Southern England. Last Spring the Create Display shop opened at the Bosham Art and Craft Centre at the historic and picturesque Bosham Harbour.
Create Display is inspired by the beautiful West Sussex coastline which lies at the foot of the South Downs. Much of the design inspiration for this collection is from enjoying life in the country and sailing and walking along the Solent coast.
