Custom and personalized orders
I love working on custom orders! Please send me a message and I'll work with you on your custom print, ensuring you get exactly what you are looking for.
Custom and personalized orders take extra time and attention, therefore, they are priced differently to prints that are already made and listed in my store.
Checkout should be completed after we have discussed your custom print and before a proof is produced and sent for approval.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, do get in touch and let me know.
You will need to confirm your address and then I can take a look at your order.
I will most likely ask you to wait 14 business days after your estimated arrival date because orders are very rarely lost, most in this situation are just running late.
Any issues with your order must be reported directly to me via Etsy messages, before leaving a review, and within 60 days of ordering. I will always respond to your message within 48hrs.
Do you accept cancellations
I do accept cancellations up to 1 hour after checkout is completed but there are conditions.
I try my best to have orders processed (printed and packaged for shipping) really soon after you place your order. The sooner I have your order processed, the sooner you receive it, the happier you are!
I AM able to cancel your order if you get in touch about a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order and ONLY if I have not started ANY step of the printing or production process.
I AM NOT able to cancel your order if any part of your order has been put in line for production.
I gave the wrong address, what can I do?!
You must inform me immediately if the address is incorrect. You will need to purchase again and provide the correct address at checkout.
After you purchase again, your original order will be cancelled and refunded.
NOTE: This only applies if your order and/or the shipping label has not already been processed. If the label has already been printed or the order has already been shipped, it's too late to change your address, there will not be anything I can do to redirect the order to the new address.
If you need it quickly and can't wait, I suggest ordering another and you'll be refunded for the original order if/when it is returned to me.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address.
