What inspired me to create this shop?
I've always enjoyed the classic tabletop game, Jenga. I love how group friendly of an activity it is because there's little time needed to learn how to play and the game doesn't require everyone's undivided attention the whole time (which, particularly in large group settings, is near impossible to do!). In college, I started to write onto the blocks in permanent marker various icebreaker questions and action phrases to play at parties-- this game-within-a-game style added a whole new level of interest and entertainement! It was always a hit and I was hooked. I would go to thrift stores and buy any blank block tower games I could find and started making them themed based on the event I was attending or hosting-- bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, etc. The game added such a personalized touch and it was so easy to just set it out on a table during the event and let the blocks take care of the rest! As time went on, I wanted more; I wanted the games to look professional; I wanted color; I wanted images; I wanted to give them as gifts and for them to be something so fun and nice looking that they would be played and cherished for many years to come. This desire is what ultimately lead me here today. I had access to a UV printer and worked with a friend who helped me figure out how to take my vision digitally. Enter the "Block Customizer"! I now had a digital replica of blocks where I could choose my fonts, colors, icons, upload images, etc., and see exactly how each block would look prior to printing. My block tower themes now had no limits! It is this passion that you will see in our pre-made themed block tower listings. Each pre-made game was inspired either directly for my own needs/wants or for a friend or family member that could benefit from it in their personal and/or work lives. I am also so proud and so happy to also be able to share our Block Customizer with you all so that you can create your very own block tower games! It is truly an honor and pleasure to bring your creative visions to life.
