4 out of 5 starsGreat customer service to establish the wanted design. The shop makes an effort to propose modifications to your design, to make the patch stronger and provide images for feedback. The patch is well made, it's darker than the photo I posted with this review. I only have one "issue" : black camo seems to be a pattern that is either hit or miss, the lighter spots of color on that scheme just seem a bit too dark compared to my helmet cover. I have the same issue with another patch purchased with another store. So I don't blame this store, just the curse of black camo I guess... Almost perfect but not quite. But I still highly recommend because of their customer service, efficiency and quality.
