Overall very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the cushion as this was my second order with the seller. The lead time took a bit longer than expected, guess that they might be busy with orders. I requested a tiny swatch of the fabric when placing the order and that wasn't sent with my cushion. Still, I will order again from the seller in future as quality and price point speak louder than anything else.

cutello responded on Oct 8, 2026

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review! 😊 It means so much to me that this was your second order and that you continue to be happy with the quality and craftsmanship. I’m sorry that the lead time was a little longer than expected and that the fabric swatch wasn’t included with your order. I truly appreciate your understanding and your patience. ❤️ Knowing that you would still choose my shop again because of the quality and value is the biggest compliment I could receive. Thank you for your continued trust and support—I’ll be very happy to create something for you again in the future! 🥰
