When will my order ship
Orders will be in the mail within 3 days of purchase.
What materials do you use?
I print everything on heavyweight card stock and use 5 mil laminate.
All included manipulative pieces are made of plastic or wood.
What shipping services do you use?
I only ship with USPS (the postal service)
Do you sell the pdf for your activities? That way I can print at home and make it myself?
I sure do! I have hundreds of instant downloads available at the moment.
Do you offer customization on books and activities?
Unfortunately I do not have time to make personalized customizations. Thank you for understanding.
How do I download my order?
Go to: www.etsy.com/your/purchases
On the right, there is a download button. Just click and save the files to your computer. For mobile devices please use your regular browser and log in.
*If you purchased as a guest you will receive an automatic email from Etsy containing your download links of printable resources.
How long does shipping take once my order is in the mail?
Shipping times can vary from 2 days to 7 days. Most orders take about 3-4 days to get processed through USPS and arrive at your door.
*Please note that from Oct-Jan USPS may run a bit slower due to the holidays, so shipping times can take 1-3 days extra during that time of year.*
**Shipping times are longer for those in Alaska and Hawaii.**

What happens if my order is returned to sender due to insufficient address
When you provide the incorrect address and your order is returned, our policy is to issue a refund for the cost of the item, minus any shipping costs we incur, once we receive the package.
Wrong home address
There might be a case where your order is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived, due to an incorrect shipping address, (for instance you put your last known address rather than your current address).
We do not offer refunds or replacements in these instances.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct and full shipping address you want your items to ship to.
