I ordered this item for a coworker and friend going through a double mas at the end of the month. Because I live in a different state, I contacted the seller about ensuring it gets delivered to NY and not to me in IL. She responded quickly, told me to put my friend’s address in the comment field along with a personal note if I wanted one (I did), and she would take care of it. She mailed the package on Friday and my friend received it on Monday. Not only a beautiful product that my friend called me to ugly cry over, but fabulous customer service! I definitely recommend her mastectomy care products! And the best part - the item I purchased was part of a program where the seller donates the same items to her local hospital. So amazing!
