Todos los artículos grandes (gargantillas de dragón, coronas, tiaras, el broche y la cadena de dragón, y algunos artículos personalizados más grandes y complejos) se enviarán gratis con el envío premium de FedEx. Esto significa que llegarán a cualquier parte del mundo en cuestión de días, de forma rápida y segura. Si un mismo comprador adquiere 3 o más artículos de cualquier material, también tendrá derecho al envío premium gratuito. El envío estándar es gratuito para todos los artículos, pero si puede permitírselo para artículos más pequeños (anillos, colgantes, collares pequeños, etc.), opte por FedEx, ya que es el método de envío más fiable que ofrezco. En cada anuncio hay una opción de envío superior; no dude en seleccionarla si le resulta asequible.
Es responsabilidad del comprador asegurarse de realizar el pedido a tiempo para que llegue en la fecha deseada. Si necesita un artículo en una fecha específica, contácteme por mensaje privado. Los artículos se fabrican según pedido para que pueda terminarlos y enviarlos a tiempo. El tiempo de procesamiento estándar (el tiempo que necesito para fabricar el artículo) es de aproximadamente 1 a 4 semanas, dependiendo del tamaño y la complejidad del producto. Para pedidos personalizados, esto puede variar. Como trabajo solo, a veces no cumplo con los plazos, pero generalmente es por unos pocos días. Haré todo lo posible para terminar de fabricar sus artículos y enviarlos a tiempo.

Si no está satisfecho con su pedido de alguna manera, comuníquese conmigo dentro de los 3 días (aquí en Etsy a través de mensajes) de recibirlo y envíelo de vuelta dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra, siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones: Debido al lamentable estado de la oficina de despacho de aduanas en mi país, cuando desee devolver un pedido, DEBE devolverlo mediante el envío de FedEx, declarando el artículo como un regalo dirigido a mí personalmente (no a la tienda del estudio Dark-cast), de usted personalmente (no empresas) con un valor de 10 euros, de esta manera evito cualquier tarifa de importación y el artículo está seguro de ser enviado de vuelta a mí lo antes posible y de forma segura (asegúrese de embalar bien el artículo para el viaje de vuelta para protegerlo de daños). De lo contrario, nunca recuperaré el artículo y desaparecerá en la aduana o se dañará y no se emitirá su reembolso. Una vez que reciba el artículo de vuelta y confirme que está en su estado original (incluido el embalaje si había una caja incluida), emitiré su reembolso. Siga estas instrucciones sin desviarse para evitar complicaciones.

Greetings and welcome to Dark-cast studio, I am a jeweler that specializes in making custom made pieces following yours and my own design wishes. Feel free to check around my shop or contact me via mail or pm here on Etsy with your ideas so I can make them come true :)
> All larger items (Dragon chokers, crowns, tiaras, the dragon pin and chain, also some custom items that are larger and complex) will be sent for free via FedEx premium shipping, meaning that they will arrive within days of me sending them anywhere in the world, so all of those items will arrive quickly and safely. If the same buyer purchases 3 or more items of any material, you will also qualify for free premium shipping. Standard shipping is free for all items, but if you can afford it with smaller individual items (rings, pendants, small necklaces, ect...) go with FedEx, as it is the most reliable shipping method I offer, in every listing there is a shipping upgrade option, feel free to select it if it is affordable to you.
> It is the buyers responsibility to make sure to place an order on time for it to arrive for a desired date. If there is a specific date by which you need an item, please contact me and let me know via PM, items are made as ordered so that I can finish and send them in time. Standard processing time (the time I need to make the item) is around 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the product, for custom orders this may vary. Since I work alone, sometimes I do miss the deadlines, but it is mainly for a few days, I will give my absolute best to finish making your items and sending them in time as specified.
> I do accept returns and issue refunds, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
If you are not satisfied with your order in any way please contact me within 3 days (here on Etsy via messages) of receiving it, and send it back within 14 days of purchase, using the following instructions: Due to the sad state of the customs clearance office in my country, when you want to return an order you MUST send it back using FedEx shipping, declaring the item as a gift addressed to me personally (not Dark-cast studio shop), from you personally (no companies) with a value of 10 euro, this way I avoid any import fees and the item is sure to be shipped back to me ASAP and safely (be sure to pack the item well for the return trip in order to protect it from damage). Otherwise I will never get the item back and it will disappear in customs or get damaged and your refund will not be issued. Once I get the item back and confirm it is in its original condition, (including the packaging if there was an included box), I will issue your refund. Please follow these instructions without deviation in order to avoid any complications.
