Please be sure you are logged into your Etsy account using a web browser, Etsy doesn’t allow digital downloads from the app. How to download: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews> next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads Page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

If you purchase a digital item as a guest/Apple User, open your email inbox (the email you used when purchasing), locate the email receipt you received when you placed your order. This email is sent from transaction@etsy.com, this email should contain a download link for your digital files. If you can’t find it check your spam or junk folder and use the search function in your email inbox to look for emails from Etsy.

Ready-made files, are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. When your digital files are available for download, you will receive an email. Select View your files on Etsy to be taken to the Purchases section of your Etsy account to download files. You can’t download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

All of our listing's state that they are a digital item, and to get a physical print you need a printer at home or know of a print shop that can help. As long as the file is accessible and you have no issues with it from the moment you receive it to the moment you download it onto your computer, once you get to the printing stage and have any issues with that, I can’t assist because I don’t know all that you are working with. If you can’t print your files at home, then you will need to go to a print shop in person or send the files to a print shop online (Staples, Walmart, Etc.).

We give full detailed information of our items being digital downloads in the descriptions, as well as the listing photos, Etsy also has it listed under the listing when you are searching, stating that the item is a digital download. Once a file is successfully downloaded, or license activated, per Ety’s terms, we will no longer be able to fulfill any refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products being digital downloads that we cannot physically get returned to us. Please message us before purchasing if you have any questions. If you did not download it, we will happily issue you a refund.

-When it comes to accidental duplicate purchases we will refund you on the items that have not been downloaded.
-If you are having issues accessing your files please send us a message, so we can try our best to help you. If we are still unable to get you to download/access your file(s) we will refund you and your license will be revoked within 24 hours.
- If you experience technical issues or were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will help or issue a refund when appropriate.

With most of our editable Templates, which are done and accessed on Canva, you can edit most of the text which includes changing the wording, font color, style and size. Most of the elements are fixed to keep the layout looking perfect, but you can easily personalize the wording and event details to make it your own. Be sure to check out each listings images and read the description for full detail on what is Editable. The customer is responsible for typing their own text into the template: this includes spelling, grammar and logistics of your event. If you are in need of assistance on Canva, don't worry Canva has a help button located on the bottom right of your computer and on the Canva app hit the three dots located to the top right of your phone next to the comment bubble. Once you locate the help assistant on Canva ask any question and it will give you a step by step on what you can do.
