Frequently asked questions
How do I upload my photo for my order?
After you've placed your order, send me a message on Etsy and you may attach your photo there with any other requests you may have.
How long will it take for me to get my portrait?
After you've placed your order, it will take up to 24 hours to receive your portrait. This processing time may increase during peak times such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day etc.
What size will my portrait be?
You may request the ratio and size you'd like for your portrait and we will be able to accomodate to that.
I would like to merge multiple photos together to make one portrait. Is this possible?
Send me a message with your requests and photos you'd like to merge. I will be able to confirm if it's possible and the price may be adjusted to accomodate for the extra time and effort.
I made an order for a digital item and cannot find the file.
Don't panic!
Digital items cannot be downloaded via the Etsy App. Please use a browser such as Chrome or Safari to log into your Etsy account and go to 'Purchases & Reviews'
You will be able to find your download here :)
What is the cancellation/exchange/refund policy?
If your order is a digital ready to use item, refunds/exchanges/cancellations will not be accepted due to the digital nature of the product.
If your order is a portrait, cancellations may be accepted if your portrait hasn't been created yet. If your portrait is complete, refunds and exchanges will not be possible.
Can I request touchups or changes on my portrait order?
We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order! You may request any touchup that is possible to ensure you are happy with the final product!
