How do I download my order?
After you have made your purchase, you will receive a download link to your email (this link will also be accessible in your 'purchases' section on Etsy).
Click the link, and your download will start. You will notice that the downloads will come as Zip files. All you have to do is double-click on the zip file, and a new folder will be created. Within that folder are your new digital products.
Can I return my purchase?
Due to these products being digital files, refunds are not allowed.
But if you do find that you're having issues with your files, please contact me immediately, and I will do everything to help sort out your problem.
How do I add the phone wallpaper files to my phone?
When you receive your download link in your email, you can open that email on your phone. This means the download will be saved to your phone rather than your desktop.
Once the file has been downloaded, it will save in your phone's 'Files' section.
At this point, you only have to click on the zip file, and a new folder will be created. Within that folder are your digital files.
