Very helpful with my questions and the product works perfectly. I can finally play all my heavier records without that annoying thump from the original weaker clamp.

A 3D printed and significantly improved design over the stock clamp for Mitsubishi vertical turntables, that uses a screw mechanism instead of spring clips. Seller was very communicative and sent a complimentary second unit due to a shipping delay. Both included extra grip pieces which had me concerned about wear longevity at first, but has held up well with daily use the past month or so. Quality product I recommend to anyone spinning on these turntables. As claimed, this resolves the described source of noise within the LT-5V turntable, especially when trying to spin heavier 180-gram vinyl. If you continue to hear a "thump" from your turntable while using this, open the back and apply white lithium grease to the metal rail the tonearm mechanism rides along -- this should silence or significantly reduce any remaining TT noise.

I have a naim amp for my turntable and I can finally change the volume from my seat. Works perfectly and come with a variety of knobs and bands. Might buy a 2nd for my sub

I was going to engineer this solution myself, but found this on Etsy which does the same thing. Nifty way to remotely control the volume on an old hifi setup.
