Reclaimed Wood turned into Signs and Reclaimed Sails turned into Tote Bags

Our Shop has been born thru our love of the planet and the need to repurpose and reclaim items that are no longer feeling the love.
Sail fabric is Dacron. This type of fabric does not break down when thrown away and sent to the land fills. Our creations save that from happening. We hand soak and wash every sail we receive. We then lay it out and I envision all the different items I can create from it. My partner and I then lay out our templates and cut the sail into its planned design. I started designing with sails about 10 years ago after working in a Sail loft and doing repairs on many of them. Repairs are crucial for the strength of the sail, and when they can't be repaired any longer, that's when I scoop them up. If we find that someone is planning on a new purchase and they donate their sails to us, I am happy to create a tote for them so they can keep a piece of the history they created.
We have also been repurposing dock wood, pallet wood, and drift wood into items also on our page. Please check back often and feel free to drop us a line any time!
