Everyone’s situation is different, so it’s always best to check with your healthcare provider before using products that contain essential oils during these times. If you prefer a gentler option, I can create a custom low scent or essential oil free version.
2. Why do you recommend 6 drops of the rosemary formula per section? Can I use more?
The formula is intentionally concentrated so a little goes a long way.
Using more than the recommended 6 drops per section won’t speed up results — it simply increases the amount of oil on the scalp without added benefit. The goal is consistent use, not heavy application.
If you prefer applying more drops because it feels more satisfying or easier to spread, I can create a custom diluted version with less rosemary per drop so you can use a higher number of drops while keeping the overall strength gentle and balanced.
3. Why does the texture of the rosemary formula change around 76°F?
This formula contains coconut oil, which naturally begins to solidify at about 76°F. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or performance. When the oil is liquid, you can easily apply the recommended 6 drops. If the product becomes cloudy or solid in cooler temperatures, simply warm the bottle between your hands or place it in a bowl of warm (not hot) water for a few minutes. It will return to a smooth, pourable texture.
4. How often should I use the rosemary formula?
3 times per week is recommended, applying 6 drops to the front or back of the scalp per session. Consistency matters more than quantity.
5. Can you make a custom version with less rosemary per drop?
Absolutely. Some customers prefer applying more drops per use, especially if they enjoy a longer scalp massage.

It contains no water, so it is naturally more stable than water based products. Always use clean, dry hands or the dropper to avoid introducing moisture into the bottle.
If the scent changes noticeably or the oil smells “off,” it’s time to replace it — though this is uncommon when stored correctly.
7. Why is this rosemary formula not recommended for children under 10?
This is a leave on formula containing stimulating essential oils.
Children under 10 have more sensitive skin and scalps, and leave on essential oil products are generally recommended for older children and adults. This guideline helps ensure comfort and responsible use.
