CANCELATION
!!! Before ordering please closely see our delivery terms if you are not satisfied with the delivery time, please do not place an order !!!
We work fast and check cancellations periodically during the day. However, we ask for you to cancel your order within 2 hours and we return 100% ( in other occasion if you cancel an order more than 2 hours we return the money but without 15% and in that case if your order hasn't begun yet). In some cases we send the package on the next day if so we don't return money. If you want to cancel order but we have begun to make it already in this case we return costs for delivery and 50% of product.
If a personalized item has been shipped cancellation and refunds are not possible in such a case.
THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We package the product very well if suddenly your order was damaged, please send me a photo of the goods and packaging within 24 hours after receiving (in the other case, you cannot prove that you are not involved in damage to the order).
In that case, we send a replacement for free without the cost of delivery (buyer pay for delivery).
If your product comes damaged and there no time (your wedding date less than a month) to send you a new one, in this case, we return money only for the product without the cost of delivery.
Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for damage, lost, or stolen products.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER BY WEDDING DATE
Please consider the time of delivery and the date of your wedding. If your wedding is less than a month, when ordering from us you risk not receiving the order on time. I try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and immediately send them (maximum five days). We can only guarantee our part. We have no control over USPS, UPS or FedEx. If your parcel doesn't make it in time for the party, we are VERY sorry but there is nothing we can do. We will NOT issue refunds for rush order parcel that don't arrive in time through no fault of our own.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you would like to return an item purchased under free shipping label for some reason, you will receive partial return. I will deduct my initial postal expenses and restocking fee. If you unsure about an exact amount or have any questions, feel free to contact me first

SHIPPING TERMS
Usually time for delivery 14-30 business days. I can't give you more detailed information because it's international delivery, sometimes package comes in two weeks, sometimes delivery really can take one month.
To USA we can ship out with Fast delivery. Delivery takes 4-6 bussiness days. Please contact me and I will calculate the cost of quick delivery
If your parcel goes back to sender
International shipping (big boxes from 1 kg) are handed to recepient and require a signature. If the first attempt was failed, the courier leaves a notification about the second attempt of delivery. After unsuccessfull attempts of delivery, the goods stay at the post office for 16 days and than go back to the sender. We are not responsible for the packages, which were not taken for various reasons and were sent back to the sender. If a buyer wants the seller to send goods again it is necessary to pay the cost of delivery once more. If the package that was sent to a buyer is no longer needed, the payment for goods is not returned, since all of our products are personalised and cannot be returned.
Custom and personalized orders
Customized items — including those with names or specific colors made to the client's individual request — are not eligible for return or exchange.
