Our Story... Evergreen Instruments
Crecí como músico y artesano, cuando hace unos 10 años, junté los dos y comencé a hacer instrumentos musicales. Empecé con flautas y tambores y luego con instrumentos de cuerda.
He tenido la oportunidad de viajar por todo el mundo y vivir con tribus indígenas en diferentes naciones. Esto ha sido transformador para mí, ver el corazón de los pueblos nativos y asociarse con ellos para elevarse mutuamente. Esto me ha llevado a hacer una extensa investigación sobre los sonidos indígenas y la fabricación de instrumentos musicales nativos y tengo el deseo de verlos redimidos e incluso introducidos en la música occidental.
¡A lo largo de este viaje, conocí a Gladys, que ahora es mi esposa! Compartimos la vida junto con nuestros tres hijos en nuestra casa en Carolina del Norte.

I grew up as a musician and a craftsmen, when about 10 years ago, I put the two together and started making musical instruments. I started with flutes and drums and then stringed instruments.
I have had the opportunity to travel all around the world and live with indigenous tribes in difference nations. This has been transformational to me, to see the heart of native peoples and partner with them in lifting each other up. This has led me to do extensive research on indigenous sounds and the making of native musical instruments and I have the desire to see them redeemed and even introduced in western music.
Along this journey, I met Gladys who is now my wife! We share life together with our three kids in our home in North Carolina.
