Can you add a gift message to my order?

Kindly note that gift messages and gift wrapping services are not supported at this time and can't be included in orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Our items are made to order and will ship as soon as production is complete. We have production and shipping estimates in every listing as accurately as possible so you can make an informed purchase. It will be worth the wait!!

If you order multiple items, sometimes they may ship separately (this can happen when ordering different scents, as some take a bit longer to produce than others). Etsy only allows us to add one tracking # per order, but the rest of your items are on their way, and usually all items in an order arrive within 2 business days of each other.

Please be aware that Etsy will be updated with your tracking number once your order ships.

"Pre-transit" status means we've shipped your order. USPS just didn't scan it in yet.

Can you get this to me by _______ date?

We cannot guarantee delivery by any date. During the holiday season, orders may take longer to process due to high volume. This also due to the potential for postal service delays that are beyond our control as sellers or the control of the Etsy platform, especially during winter inclement weather or during the holiday season.

At this time we cannot support overnight or expedited order/delivery requests. Thank you for understanding.

What if I have address issues? - "Change Address" "Wrong Address" "Missing Info" or "Return to Sender"

Buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping address is correct PRIOR to placing their order. When we receive an order, we pay for and print out your packing slip right then. Therefore no changes can be made once we've begun production.

We will no longer be able to change your address and send out the items due to issues with fraudulent addresses.

We often cannot provide refunds in the event that items are returned to sender due to the buyer entering an incorrect address because we don't always receive these items back and cannot just charge you new shipping. Often these items end up in limbo, lost, and we have to recreate your items from scratch. SO PRETTY PLEASE always check your shipping address for errors before ordering.

Can you cancel or alter my order?

Our items are all made to order and production starts immediately once orders are submitted. Therefore we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders. This policy is also clearly stated in our shop policy section.

Do you offer wholesale ordering options?

I'd be happy to discuss wholesale orders with you. Drop me a line to discuss.

Why hasn't my order arrived by the date estimated by the carrier's tracking number? What if tracking hasn't updated in several says? What if my order is missing?

Please account for 2-3 extra business days and then send us a message. If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), buyers should contact us within 1 week from the last expected delivery date quoted by the shipping carrier in order to be considered for refund or replacement.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
