Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order.
After 12 hours cancellations are not possible as your order is immediately assigned to a digital artist who begins preparation work straight away.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
All our custom pet portraits are personalised products so we do not issue refunds, returns or accept exchanges. Before anything is printed we always send a watermarked digital proof for our customers to approve.
If you receive the wrong product or if your item was damaged during transit - we will replace any such issue without question. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence to validate a replacement. The return of the product might be required.
Will I see my custom pet portrait artwork before it gets printed?
Yes, we always send a watermarked digital proof for approval before anything gets printed.
What are your delivery times?
For Print & Canvas products in our Costume Collection 7-9 working days - Once you have approved your artwork.
From the day you place your order until the day you will receive it generally takes 9-14 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - No tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours - Tracking available.

How is my custom pet portrait made?
Our costume images and scenes are created digitally in our own studio and are guaranteed 100% unique! They can only be found at Four Legs One Tale ® nowhere else.
Our experienced professional digital artists use our own refined photo retouching and blending processes, which turn your original photo into a renaissance masterpiece.
Can I include more than one pet?
For now, we only have costume options for just one four-legged friend; we will have options for two, three, and four pets very soon.
Do you only do dogs & cats?
We also try to accommodate other pets, so please get in contact with us before you order.
Can you add or remove things?
Sorry, but no. The photos you upload when you purchase your product are what our expert professional digital artists will use.
However, whilst it is not a guarantee, we can possibly remove a dog collar and make minor adjustments as we feel necessary.
