Functionally Unhinged started as my coping mechanism: dark humor, gym chaos, too much caffeine, and way too much overthinking.

I kept joking that I was half committed to the gym and fully committed to memes & caffeine… so I turned it into a brand. Every design here is made for people who are technically functioning but nowhere near thriving – the ones using the gym as discount therapy and memes as emotional support.
