Frequently asked questions
Why is my shipping delayed? Can you do something about how long it's taking to get my item?
Due to COVID 19, a lot of post offices / shipping facilities have been reporting delayed shipping. Our shop is not personally responsible for delays in shipping/tracking. Once an item is dropped off at the post office and scanned in, there is nothing we can do to expedite your shipping.
The only part of shipping we have control over is taking your item to the post office in the allotted shipping time specified by your order's ship by date.
You'll be able to see your ship by date when you place your order, and the tracking number for your item will be updated automatically when your item is scanned into the postal system.
My item hasn't arrived yet because it's super delayed in transit. Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
We do not refund / partial refund / cancel orders for shipping delays, as it is not something we have ANY control over.
