About Orders
Personalized and Non-Personalized Orders
If you have inquiries for photos, designs, or non-personalized items in our shop that you would like to know are possible/doable for personalization or customization, please send them to us via messages so we can check them for you.
Would you send a preview?
Yes, we can send you a preview. You’ll just have to indicate it through the personalization area or send us a direct message after placing your order.
Order Change Request
We accept changes in orders but can only do them within 2 hours after the order is placed. We strongly advise contacting us immediately through messages for these requests.
Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests are accepted, but we can only process them within 12 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately through messages if you wish to make a request.
Replacement Policy
We do replacements for orders with issues. If you claim your item to be wrong or defective/damaged, please send us your photos of proof that clearly show the issue of your order. We also ONLY accept replacements within 30 days after delivery.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests for items under these criteria:
-Damage/Defective upon delivery
-Misprinted
-Wrong item/Different from what ordered
If your order is any of the following, please contact us through messages and send us photo proof of your claim. Refund requests are ONLY accepted within 30 days after receiving the item.
Delivery and Arrival - When will I receive my order?
Orders usually take time to be completed. But you can always refer to our standard time frames to know when you will need to expect your item to arrive:
US - 7 to 10 business days
International - 15 to 30 business days
Disclaimer: Arrival of orders may still vary from time to time due to delivery delays. If you notice that your order exceeds our standard time frame, please contact us so we can help you with the issue.
I haven’t received my order
Your tracking issue may be one of these:
Tracking not updated - some couriers may take time to update the status of your package. Mostly, it takes them 72 hours, but in some cases, it could last up to 6 days. If your tracking hasn’t been updated within or after these time frames, please contact us immediately.
Tracking not available - Etsy automatically links your tracking information through your account once your items are shipped. If you haven’t received any notification about your tracking number, please reach out to us so we can update your tracking information.
Status: Delivered, but no package
If your package's status is in this case, we strongly advise to follow these steps:
Confirm your shipping address - please confirm through your order receipt if you have given us the correct and deliverable shipping address
Check with your leasing office or neighbors - if your shipping address is correct, the next step is to ask your neighbors or office attendants if they have noticed a package delivered to your place. If they don’t know the whereabouts of your package, please proceed with the last step.
Reach out to your local post office - There may be a chance that they still have the package at their building and accidentally marked it as delivered.
If the post office doesn’t have your package, please immediately contact us so
Failed Delivery and Returned to Sender
Packages that are returned can be resent. However, customers will shoulder the expense of reshipping the item since the initial shipping fee was already used. This applies to packages with failed delivery attempt due to address or addressee issues, or unclaimed packages that are kept by the post for more than a week. If you wish for your items to be resent, please contact us so we can process your request.
Lost in Transit/Lost After Delivery
If your package is not delivered past our standard time frame or is still lost even after asking the post office. Reach out to us immediately or within 30-45 days so we can give a proper solution for your claim.
