4 na 5 gwiazdekThe item is as described, and I’m sure the quality is great (I’m giving it as a gift, so I haven’t tried it out myself to vouch). However, I order from Etsy to support small businesses and this came in an Amazon package. That was a little disappointing. Customer service let me know when it shipped out/would be delivered, and they were very nice. I just wish it had actually come from a small business and not Amazon, because I don’t like to support them.

3 na 5 gwiazdekIt’s probably a good product for baseball caps and similar hats, but for my cowboy hats, they were just too thick and would not allow the hat to fit my head when I put it in. It didn’t work for my cowboy hats.
