No tracking of the shipment and it was delayed

So cute and well made!

The day it was supposed to arrive there was no tracking information, so I reached out. They responded, but it arrived a week late. Also, the Baby Jesus was missing from the calendar and I reached out to them over two weeks ago and still have not received a replacement, like they stated they would provide.

Such a cute Advent, my husband and I love it! It’s very pretty-I love the little donkey included-I’ve never seen that before:) Only thing I didn’t realize is that there are not little Velcro patches placed on the fabric to put each nativity piece except the two angels. This is fine for now, but I am worried the fabric will begin to tear in the future from the Velcro coming on and off. So I will probably have to sew the little Velcro patches myself, which is more work than I wanted from something I purchased. All in all it’s a good product, that’s just something I wish I had realized.

The handmade tree and ornaments exceeded my expectations. The were well made and of great quality. I think they will last a good while which is what I needed. Good well done. Thank you!
