They are very quick to respond. Shipping is fast. Most importantly the pencil quality is amazing. They are sturdy and the eraser actually erases.

Had a custom order made and have nothing but great things to say about working with GraphiteWood! They were extremely quick, thorough, and thoughtful both in communication and in the execution of the two custom orders I made. VERY satisfied customer over here :)
