We print each item to order and here is how long it takes:

Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If your item(s) were lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes.

Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or an order cancellation please do so ASAP. We do not accept order cancellations or modifications except under certain circumstances. The sooner the request is made the higher the likelihood of the request being accepted.

As stated above, we cannot guarantee that the order changes/cancellation can be processed, and reserve the right to refuse any requests of the sort. Some orders are shipped out in a matter of hours after they are submitted, however, if at all possible we will accommodate your needs.

Custom and personalized orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Orders may be considered lost after spending over 10 full business days in transit (35 days for international orders).

If we are able to deem your order lost in transit we will replace your order free of charge.

Incorrect Address

If buyer has provided an incorrect or insufficient address on your order (determined by the courier), the package may be returned to our facility. The purchaser is responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address has been provided and the package is returned. Once the package is returned to our facility there will be a 7 day window in which the purchaser must order reshipment for their order.

Large orders and international orders are not exempt from these conditions. Full refunds for orders without a correct address will not be given (purchaser may quality for a partial refund). Inkwell7th is not responsible for checking address validity for any order.

My package was marked as "Delivered" by the courier's tracking but I can't find the package:

If the courier marks the package as "delivered" but the recipient cannot find the delivered item Inkwell7th may not cover replacement costs. We will be happy to look into this from our end, but it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the local delivery service (the local post) to try and locate the package.
