Custom and Personalized Orders
While I do not currently have personal customization on my listings, if there is something you would like to add to an order, or I can create for you, please feel free to reach out to me prior to an order placed.
There may be some restrictions due to copywriting, but I will do my best to assist you.
Returns/Cancellations
I do not accept returns at this time as items are made to order once purchased and received.
Cancellations can be made within a 4 hour time frame from your purchase. Beyond that time frame, item is already in production and will be shipped to the address specified, no exceptions.
If an item is received, and there is any type of damage to the item due to printing errors or damage of the item upon receiving. I ask that you message me through Etsy or email me with a picture of the item within 10 days of delivery.
OUTSIDE that time frame will not be honored.
Once item is reviewed, I will follow up with a response.
Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS with the address you provided during your purchase. Please double check this address, as this cannot be corrected on our end.
Current shipping times are posted within the announcements or items listings. I do try to keep these times as accurate as possible due to production and with USPS current shipping times.
Tracking will be provided once received through USPS, but we do not have an other information for shipping times, only what is received to us from USPS.
