Will I get a tracking number for my order?
UK - No, we use Royal Mail 2nd class. Upgrades are available to Tracked 24 and Guaranteed Next Day delivery at checkout.
USA - Yes - all orders are tracked and PDDP w.e.f. 10 July 2026.
Rest of the World: No, Royal Mail standard service is used. Upgrades are available to Tracked at checkout.

Do multiple ribbon lengths come as a continuous piece?
Yes, if I have enough in stock. I will always try and cut a single continuous piece is I can. However there are times when stock is low when your ribbon may come in separate pieces, but this is rare. The only other time pieces come in more than one piece is if you order more than comes on a new reel. Most reels are 20m or 25m in length so orders over this amount will always be in two lengths.
Will I need to pay tax for an order going to the EU?
Yes - Following Brexit, Sales Tax for individual EU countries is now being collected directly by Etsy at the point of payment and will be clearly highlighted for you at checkout. A CN22 customs label is attached to your order which states how much sales tax has been collected and provides Etsy's ISO number as proof of collection. Buyers are responsible for any further charges applied during transit. Mail is now also subject to customs checks whilst entering the EU. Please expect further delays.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Yes, for orders placed before 12 noon UK time Monday to Friday, which will be shipped the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following day for guaranteed delivery in 2 business days time. Orders placed on Friday after midday will ship on Monday for guaranteed delivery on Tuesday.
How will the US import tariffs affect delivery, and what import taxes may I have to pay on my order?
Our shipping costs to the US now include the new 10% import tariff for your convenience and you order will arrive PDDP. Buyers are responsible for any further taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please message us if you are unsure or your order is urgent.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days providing the item is in the original packaging and unused. Please note that buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Upon receipt we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund for the product only and not original shipping cost. If your item is faulty we will issue a full refund, including original shipping cost. Please contact us to start a return.
Will I have to pay the EU 3 EUR import fee to receive my parcel?
No, the new 3 EUR import fee is included in our shipping costs to all EU countries so you should not be charged this again. This is separate to your countries sales tax, which Etsy collect at the point of purchase. If you are unsure, please contact us.
