4 out of 5 starsThis mat is gorgeous and vibrant. It would be a 5 if the top was neoprene for the tiles to slide more smoothly which I was expecting for the price. You can’t always tell from descriptions what the top is like. Tracking info was lacking with this particular shipper, but I reached out to seller and after that it updated and was delivered shortly thereafter.

5 out of 5 starsLove my little graduation doll! At first there was a mix-up about the colour of the gown, but this was quickly sorted out, with good communication from the shop about the replacement. Such an unusual and personal item, totally unique to me!

1. Are handmade items always identical to the listing photos?
Not always. Since each piece is handmade, small differences in color, texture, positioning, or finish are normal and make every item unique. Please check all photos, size information, and product details carefully before ordering.
2. Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, and all personalization details before submitting the order.
3. What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please confirm your full address, apartment/unit number, postal code, and recipient name before purchasing. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Because our products are handmade and often customized, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or differences in personal expectations. If there is a production mistake from our side or your item arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos.
