4 out of 5 starsThe 6' x 9' kilim rug I ordered is beautiful and colorful. It was expertly packaged for international delivery and looks great in my living room. My only complaint is that in the photos, the border of the rug looks black, however when I got the rug, I realized that the border is actually brown, not black. This didn't bother me much because overall it's a great rug, however if someone was counting on the rug having a black border it would have been a disappointment.

5 out of 5 starsGorgeous rug. They were very communicative after purchase and did an excellent and highly professional job with a custom resizing. Will likely purchase from again. I would recommend requesting a picture of the rug under indoor light before buying; getting an accurate feel for the color can be challenging otherwise.
