HOW WILL MY SHIRT FIT ME?
We print our designs on different brands of clothing, and each has its own specific size chart. Size charts will be helpful, but we of course cannot guarantee a perfect fit! No two bodies are alike and people like their clothing to fit differently. If you have questions about the fit, please message us and we will do our best to help you.
DO YOU FILL CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Please message us, and we will do what we can to assist you with custom designs and orders.
If you order a special color or design, it may take a few more days to fill your order, so please be patient with us!
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?
Absolutely. We do not have a standard discounting chart, so we will work with you case-by-case to negotiate price. We are able to offer bulk discounts for as few as 10 shirts, and the discount depends on the design and retail pricing. Also, please keep in mind that it usually takes longer to fulfill larger orders.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If one of our soft and comfy shirts is not your new fav, you may return it to us for a full refund!
We offer a 100% guarantee for the first 14 days after delivery. You may return or exchange an item to us during this time period for any reason. However, we do not accept returns of personalized items, customized items, or shirt colors that are special order.
We will not accept return of any item that has been washed. As is common on the Etsy platform, the buyer pays any postage to return an item to us.
We do not accept returns if you have had the item for longer 14 days.
Please kindly wait to leave your Etsy review for us until after you contact us and your issue is resolved!
CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else in your order, please contact us immediately and before you leave your Etsy review!
We will replace misprinted/damaged/defective items at no additional cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the product has been received.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will be happy to reship your item to you, but you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have provided an updated and valid delivery address.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
No worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT THE TRACKING SAYS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. In the case of an incorrect address we will be happy to resend the returned package to you, but we will not cover the cost of reshipping the order and we will not refund the order.
