🎨 Custom Printed Labels – File Guidelines & Production Notes
We specialize in custom printed labels made just for you! Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to request your design files.
📁 File Requirements:
Please send your files in high resolution (300 DPI recommended) to ensure the best possible print quality.
Note: Colors may appear slightly different due to screen variations. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will perfectly match the printed stickers.
⚠️ Important Color Info:
We cannot print spot, neon, or fluorescent colors. These will be converted to the closest possible CMYK match, which may result in slight color differences.
📐 Size Tolerance:
Due to the die-cutting process, label dimensions may vary
Store information
We work Monday to Friday 9-5 PM PST (We are located in CA)
If you placed your order (Friday after 5 PST- Sunday ) You will get the digital proof on Monday.
Processing time
Processing is about 2-7 business days (Mon-Fri ONLY), which begins after you approve the proof, and then your order will be ready to ship. This may vary depending on the shape, size, and material.
Please keep in mind that expedited shipping does not change the processing time.
Where to send your design after ordering
You can send us your logo to our email csoto@labelin.us after you have placed your order.
Once our designer has received your order and design, they will send you a digital proof for review.
