Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes, but is not limited to, engraving, initials, names, logos, custom thread colors, leather color combinations, left-handed versions, custom sizing, and any other modifications requested by the buyer. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
What happens if I return my order?
We accept returns on eligible non-personalized items within our return period.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds do not include the original shipping, packaging, or handling costs. Free Shipping does NOT mean shipping was free for us. We pay to ship every order, and these costs are non-refundable.
Example: A $100 item with Free Shipping may be refunded for less than $100 after these costs are deducted.
Custom or personalized orders (engraving, names, logos, thread colors, leather combinations, left-handed versions, custom sizes, or other made-to-order changes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
